Sixth Form
A varied range of talks is organised for pupils and comprehensive advice is given on possible routes after ‘A’ level with most pupils applying for university courses. Pupils attend Open Days at QUB and UU, as well as the Higher Education Careers Convention held at Methodist College, where the majority of UK universities are represented along with a broad spectrum of business organisations. Individual pupils also attend Open Days at universities in Scotland, England and Wales.
A total of 34 Upper Sixth Form pupils have applied for courses at 36 universities across the UK commencing September 2011.
