A Young Enterprise Company
Puffa Productions was founded on Wednesday 15th November 2006 by 10 aspiring entrepreneurs at Ashfield Girls’ High School. All company members had at least one entrepreneurial skill which all came together to make a great team. Some members had enthusiastic vision, some were positive thinkers, some were decision makers and others came up with a collection of ideas which were not previously available in the YE marketplace.
Since the day Puffa Productions was created, our aim was to be as innovative an original as possible. After numerous brainstorming sessions the company decided on the brilliant idea of making a children’s story book. The company felt that our product idea was original and there was a good place in the market for it.
Our company felt that we wanted to do more than make a product and so we decided that a local effort with a global cause would be an excellent approach for the company. We then decided that we would give all profits from our book to a charity that has been close to our school, the Uganda appeal, which is going towards building a school, orphanage and place of worship in Uganda.
A company on a mission to captivate minds and touch hearts through the art of story telling
